Human resources

Overview

Human resources are people profiles your team attaches to bids β€” key experts, project managers, and proposed staff. Store CV-style data once at team level, then reference profiles in pursuit Questionnaire, generated qualification forms, and Document editor HR panel.

Not payroll or HRIS integration β€” bid-facing qualification data only. Profiles purge when the team is deleted.

Tip: Before a personnel-heavy tender, confirm you have:

  • Profiles for every named expert the tender requires

  • Certificates and Documents PDFs uploaded per person

  • Names matching ID documents authorities will verify

  • Profile photos for forms that include portraits

  • SME assignments aligned if HR reviewers cover categories

Important: Deleting a profile referenced in an open pursuit may fail β€” remove references first.

Best practices

  • Reuse profiles across tenders β€” do not recreate same person

  • Upload certificate PDFs once

  • Keep biographies concise β€” forms may truncate

  • Align names with ID documents

  • Refresh employment history after job changes

Relationship to SME assignments

SME assignments route reviewers by requirement category β€” orthogonal to HR profiles, but same people may appear in both.

Numbered workflow β€” maintain profiles between pursuits

Use this rhythm so personnel data stays submission-ready without last-minute scrambles.

  1. After each awarded bid, update Past experiences with contract name and role.

  2. When certifications renew, replace PDFs in Certificates and Documents.

  3. Archive departed staff β€” delete profile only after removing pursuit references.

  4. Before annual audit tenders, run a table review: every named expert has photo + CV on file.

  5. In new pursuit questionnaire, assign HR links before document editor filler runs.
