Company tenders (Analytics)

Overview

On a market company profile, the Tenders tab lists notices where that company participated β€” as winner, bidder, consortium member, or other published role. Use it for competitive intelligence: which buyers they target, typical contract sizes, win/loss patterns, and direct overlap with notices your team pursues.

This is read-only market data about any indexed company. It is not Team β†’ Pursuits, where your active bids live.

Tip: Before drawing conclusions from the list, confirm you have:

  • Opened the correct company (check fiscal identifier on the directory row)

  • Applied status and date filters so old expired tenders do not dominate

  • Clicked through to Notice overview for deadlines on tenders you might bid

  • Compared with Company statistics for aggregate win rate β€” row list alone can mislead on small samples

Important: You cannot edit participation records. Roles and values come from official publications. If a notice amends, open Notice versions from notice detail.

FAQ

Is this my team's pursuit list?

No. Team β†’ Pursuits is your pipeline. This tab is market history for one company entity.

Can I filter to only tenders I care about?

Use CPV, authority, and keyword filters. There is no "my team's CPV onboarding" auto-filter unless you apply CPV manually.

Why does a tender appear twice?

Amendments or lot-level publications may create multiple linked records β€” use notice Versions.

Do consortium wins show on every member?

Depends on source publication β€” some list only lead member. Check Notice participants for full row.

How do I bid on a tender from this list?

Open the notice β†’ Create pursuit on notice overview.

Can I export the table?

Use browser print/screenshot or export if the UI offers it on your plan.
