Required documents

Overview

The required documents checklist lists authority-mandated documents your bid must include β€” from in-depth analysis outlines, country form volumes, and tender structure. Bridges what the tender asks for and what exists in your Documents library.

Not a separate sidebar item β€” open from library Suggested documents button or final checkup document issues.

Tip: Early in the pursuit, confirm you have:

  • Run analysis with Outlines and document-related categories

  • Reviewed checklist before standard forms bulk export (works)

  • Assigned owners per checklist row internally

  • Planned draft generation time (AI tasks take minutes)

  • Cross-checked country Construction standard forms for overlap

Important: Created status does not mean legally reviewed β€” only that a draft file exists.
