Technical offer

Overview

The technical offer editor is where you build product-based technical solutions for supplies and services pursuits: map tender requirements to team products, compose solution parts, import quotations, and prepare data for generated technical proposal documents. Works pursuits use annotated outlines and BOQ paths instead — this module does not appear for works.

Technical offer sits between compliance (Questionnaire) and pricing (Financial offer). Incomplete solutions and attribute mappings surface in Final checkup.

Tip: Before editing, confirm you have:

At least one team product in inventory
Requirements imported from questionnaire or in-depth analysis
Attribute mappings planned for spec-heavy lines
Pursuit type is supplies or services (not works)
Quotation sources configured if using live price feeds (Product quotation sources)

Important: Works pursuits route technical narrative to questionnaire + works technical proposal — do not expect this sidebar entry.
