Document editor and AI filler

Overview

The document editor opens pursuit documents for editing in OnlyOffice (or configured driver). Side panels provide AI writer, AI filler, content library, human resources, pursuit intelligence, and offer data — turning authority forms into completed submission files.

Complete Team settings before filler — missing company profile, legal representative, or banking leaves "complete" placeholders in PDFs.

Tip: Before AI filler on qualification forms, confirm you have:

  • Company profile, Legal representative, Banking saved

  • Pursuit title and deadline correct on Overview

  • Correct document opened (wrong volume wastes time)

  • Content library snippets for declarations ready

  • HR profiles for named experts in Human resources

Caution: AI filler is not legal review — always verify values against tender and ID documents.

Numbered workflow — qualification form

  1. Open form from library or standard forms export.

  2. Run AI filler — note skipped fields list.

  3. Complete missing team settings; re-run filler.
