Profile settings
Overview
Profile is your personal account settings β separate from any team you work in. It holds your login identity: name, email, photo, password, two-factor authentication, active browser sessions, and (when enabled) account deletion.
Bid documents, legal entity data, and banking information live under Team β Settings, not profile. The assistant greeting on Home uses your profile name and photo; PDF headers use team company profile data.
Tip: After your first sign-in, confirm:
Email is correct and verified
Profile photo uploaded (visible in team member lists and assistant greeting)
Two-factor authentication enabled if you handle production bid data
No unknown sessions under Browser sessions
Important: Deleting your account is not the same as deleting a team. Account deletion may affect teams where you are the only member.
How to open profile
Page title: Profile
Sections appear only when your organisation enables that capability (for example password change may be disabled for SSO-only accounts).
Page sections
Sections stack vertically with dividers between them:
Profile information
When profile edits are allowed for your account:
Fields
Update profile information
Open Profile.
In Profile information, change Name, Email, or Photo as needed.
Click Save on that section.
Email verification
If your email is unverified:
Look for the verification notice on the profile form.
Click Resend verification email.
Open the link from your inbox (check spam).
Verified email is required for reliable invitations, alert delivery, and password recovery.
Update password
Shown when password changes are permitted (typically not for pure Google SSO-only flows without a local password).
Change your password
Open Profile β Update password.
Enter Current password.
Enter New password and Confirm password.
Click Save.
Caution: After a password change, use Logout other browser sessions if you suspect any device should no longer have access.
Two-factor authentication
When two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for your organisation:
Enable 2FA
Open Profile β Two-factor authentication.
Click to enable and follow the setup flow (authenticator app or organisation-required method).
Store recovery codes in a secure place β not in email or chat.
Disable or rotate 2FA
Use the same section to disable (if policy allows) or regenerate recovery codes after device loss.
Browser sessions
Lists devices where you are currently signed in (browser, approximate location, last active).
Log out other sessions
Open Profile β Browser sessions.
Review the session list.
Click Logout other browser sessions.
Confirm with your password.
Your current session stays active; all others are invalidated.
Use this after travel, shared computers, or suspected unauthorised access.
Delete account
When account deletion is enabled:
Open Profile β Delete account.
Read the warnings about teams and data you own.
Confirm deletion per the dialog (password or organisation-required confirmation).
Permanent removal. Does not automatically export pursuits or documents β complete team handover first if you are the only administrator.
Profile vs team settings
Best practices
Enable two-factor authentication before working with live tender data in production teams.
Keep email verified β invitations and alert digests depend on it.
Upload a clear photo β it appears in collaboration surfaces and the Home greeting.
Run Logout other browser sessions after using a shared or public computer.
Use corporate email consistent with team invitations; changing email during an invite flow may require admin help.
Troubleshooting
FAQ
Does changing my name update company profile?
No. Legal name for documents is under Team β Settings β Company profile.
Can I change email to a different address while joining a team?
Invitation flows expect the invited email. Contact the team administrator if you need a different address.
Where do personal access tokens live?
Under the account menu β Personal access tokens (or API tokens). See Personal access tokens.
Does profile photo appear on generated PDFs?
Bid PDFs typically use team logo and company profile data, not your personal photo.
Can I belong to multiple teams with one profile?
Yes. One profile; switch active team in the sidebar. Profile settings are shared; team settings are per team.
Who can see my profile information?
Team members see your name and photo in member lists. Email visibility depends on team role and product surfaces.
