Register
Overview
Register creates your Tendersight identity β the personal login you use across every team you belong to. Completing registration also creates a default team workspace (unless you arrived through a team invitation). That team becomes the container for pursuits, inventory, alerts, and billing.
Registration is a two-step wizard: Account (who you are) then Company (how to reach your organisation). No credit card is required. After success you are signed in automatically and land on Home, where the onboarding wizard continues setup.
Tip: Before you start, confirm you have:
A work email you can verify (invitations and alerts depend on it)
Your company website (required on step 2; may be suggested from your email domain)
Time to finish onboarding in the same session β it seeds alerts and organisation data
Important: Registration is separate from Sign in. If you already have an account, use Sign in instead β duplicate emails are rejected.
What registration connects to downstream

Page layout
On large screens the page is split:
Headline: "Start winning more public tenders across Europe."
Subhead: "No credit card required. Start finding tenders in minutes."
On mobile you see the form first; the marketing panel is hidden.
Path A β Register with email
Step 1 β Account
1. Open Create an account from the sign-in page.
2. On step Account, enter:
- Work email
- First name and Last name
- Password (minimum 8 characters; use the eye icon to show or hide)
3. Click Continue.
When you continue, Tendersight may suggest a website from your email domain if the company step is still empty.
Step 2 β Company

Enter Website (required). You may type
example.com;https://is added on submit if missing.Select Country (required; defaults to Romania).
Accept Terms & conditions and Privacy policy (both required).
Optionally opt in to Marketing communications.
Click Create account.
On success:
Your account is created.
Tendersight signs you in automatically.
A success toast appears: "Welcome to Tendersight!"
You are redirected to Home.
If account creation succeeds but automatic sign-in fails, a toast prompts you to Sign in manually.
Path B β Continue with Google
On step Account only:
Click Continue with Google.
Complete Google's consent screen.
Finish any remaining Company fields if prompted.
Accept legal checkboxes and submit.
Google registration uses the same identity system as email β you cannot register twice with the same email through different paths.
Path C β Register from a team invitation
When you open an invitation link before you have an account:
A banner shows "You are joining {team name}".
Email is pre-filled to match the invitation.
Complete Account and Company as usual.
After sign-in you join that team β no separate default team is created for you.
Onboarding skips the invite-colleagues step (you are already joining a team).
See Accept invitation for accepting invites when you already have an account.

Register vs profile vs team settings
Changing your profile name does not update the legal company profile used on bid documents.
Best practices
Prefer a corporate email so team invites, domain auto-join, and alert notifications reach the right inbox.
Read terms and privacy links before accepting β required for EU compliance.
Complete onboarding immediately after registration so CPV-based alerts and organisation metadata are in place before you open Team overview.
If you plan to bid soon, schedule time for Team β Settings (company profile, legal representative, banking) after onboarding.
FAQ
Is Google registration separate from email registration?
No. Both create the same type of identity. Choose one path per email address.
Can I change country after registering?
Yes. Update country in Profile or relevant team settings depending on which field you need to change.
Do I need a credit card to register?
No. Registration is free. Paid plans and credit packs are managed later under Billing for each team.
What is the default team name?
Often "{First name}'s team". You can rename the team later under Team β Settings.
I was invited β do I still get a personal team?
No. Invitation registration attaches you to the inviter's team. Your onboarding skips colleague invites.
Can I register with a personal Gmail address?
Yes, but corporate email works better for collaboration, domain-based auto-join during onboarding, and professional alert delivery.
